What is the Return Policy?
- All claims for returned merchandise must be made within 30 days.
- No returns or credits will be allowed without the original invoice.
- Used items or merchandise without original packaging are not returnable.
- Merchandise credit only.
- Sale, Food, and Seasonal items are not returnable.
What are the Delivery Options?
- In-store pick up
- UPS (Glass and other breakable items are not guaranteed by Jacobson Floral
Supply, Inc.). Delivery charges apply.
- Common Carrier. Delivery charges apply.
- Jacobson truck delivery is available to local retail store locations only,
call for availability. $100 minimum order required for Jacobson truck delivery
with a $7.00 delivery charge. Free delivery for Jacobson truck orders over
$250.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Average processing time is 2-3 days for in-stock items. Allow shipping time of
4-10 business days for UPS and Common Carrier. Product that is out of stock or
special ordered may take longer, call for availability. Backordered items will
not be shipped unless requested.
