TOOLS AND SUPPLIES

Design Master Spray – Modern Metals Champagne Silver

11” glass urn 

painter’s masking tape

pearl and/or crystal beads

jewelry wire

clippers

 

TECHNIQUE

Apply tape in rings to mask the neck of the vase. Also apply tape to the inside rim of the vase, leaving most of the tape width exposed above the vase. Stuff opening with paper towel.

Spraying approximately 12” from surface apply 2 coats of Champagne Silver. The first coat will appear translucent.

When dry, remove masking tape.

String beads in desired patterns. Drape several strands around vase, tying wires together in same spot.

Project Tip: Any of the Modern Metals colors can be substituted in this project.
